This Dimir deck combines spellslinger velocity with Wraith tribal aggro. Led by Lord of the Nazgûl, the deck converts cheap cantrips and interaction into 3/3 Wraith tokens with menace. It leverages the unique rule allowing nine copies of Nazgûl, creating dense synergy with Ring-tempting triggers that distribute +1/+1 counters across all Wraiths.
