Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck uses Urza, Lord High Artificer to convert cheap utility artifacts and mana rocks into instant mana acceleration and game-ending card advantage. Early turns focus on deploying low-cost artifacts such as Sol Ring, Everflowing Chalice, Witching Well, and Ichor Wellspring. Deploying Urza on Turn 4 establishes a massive Construct token and ramps the deck into high-cost threats. The primary victory condition animates the entire artifact board into flying or oversized attackers using Cyberdrive Awakener, Rise and Shine, or Tezzeret the Seeker. The deck also includes backup win conditions through Hullbreaker Horror board control and the Leveler plus Jace, Wielder of Mysteries self-mill combination. A robust suite of low-cost counterspells, spot removal, and instant-speed mass bounce spells defends the board and disrupts opponents while preserving resources for game-ending combat swings.
