Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Grixis discard and flicker engine commanded by Kefka, Court Mage. The strategy aims to ramp smoothly on turn two with artifacts, deploying Kefka by turn four to immediately empty opponents' hands while refilling its own through type-diverse discard triggers. Once the card engine is established, the deck pivots into aggressive attrition and life loss by pairing wheels (Windfall, Whispering Madness) and flicker spells (Blur, Ghostly Flicker, Displacer Kitten) with discard punishers like Liliana's Caress, Megrim, and Waste Not. It also features an efficient alternate win condition in Bloodchief Ascension combined with Mindcrank. Robust countermagic and board wipes ensure the pilot controls the tempo of the game until opponents' hands and life totals collapse under sustained torment.
