🧰 Toolbox Terror 🧰 by bjonkers

Format: Commander

Commander: Henzie "Toolbox" Torre

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Henzie Toolbox Torre turns high-cost creatures into explosive, low-cost blitz attackers that draw cards when they die. The deck leverages early ramp to cast Henzie on turn two or three, unlocking cost-reduced, hasty threats like Ancient Brass Dragon, Balefire Dragon, and Vaultborn Tyrant. As blitzed creatures sacrifice themselves at the end step, they trigger card draw and feed graveyard recursion engines like Meren of Clan Nel Toth, Body Launderer, and Riveteers Ascendancy. The primary route to victory is overwhelming combat damage through recurring large threats, amplified by extra combat phases from Scourge of the Throne and overrun effects from Pathbreaker Ibex.
