Commander: Zimone, Infinite Analyst

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Simic X-spell deck, helmed by Zimone, Infinite Analyst, aims to deploy massive +1/+1 counter creatures and overwhelm opponents through combat. The commander reduces the cost of your first X-spell each turn and grows with +1/+1 counters, enabling explosive turns where you chain large hydras, proliferate, and double counters. The deck wins by creating enormous, trampling threats like Primordial Hydra and Goldvein Hydra, then cracking in with extra combat steps from Time Stretch or sheer size. Backup plans include Unbound Flourishing to double X values and Hardened Scales-type effects to supercharge counter growth. The deck is a midrange value engine that leans on its commander to accelerate its game plan.
