Deck overview

This is a mono-blue artifact-combo deck built around Lady Octopus, Inspired Inventor. The commander accrues ingenuity counters from the deck's many draw effects, then cheats artifact spells into play for free. The primary plan is to assemble an artifact-based engine-top-deck manipulation, cost reduction, and untap effects-to generate overwhelming value and finish through combo lines such as Grindstone plus Painter's Servant, Hullbreaker Horror loops, or a large animated artifact army. The deck also contains a hidden commander in The Reality Chip, which provides a second top-deck casting engine. The deck is heavily artifact-dependent and vulnerable to artifact removal, but it can rebuild through recursion and token generation.
