Deck overview

This deck is a premier competitive EDH Grixis Turbo build featuring Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh and Silas Renn, Seeker Adept. Rograkh provides a zero-mana commander body from the command zone that supercharges asymmetric ramp cards like Culling the Weak, Infernal Plunge, Mox Amber, Springleaf Drum, and Paradise Mantle, while enabling free defensive interaction including Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, and Flare of Duplication. The deck converts this explosive velocity into a reliable Turn 1 to Turn 3 win attempt, primarily by resolving an early Ad Nauseam, Necrodominance, or Necropotence to draw dozens of cards. From there, positive mana rocks and free counterspells pave the way to execute compact finishes via Thassa's Oracle paired with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact, or looping Brain Freeze and Lion's Eye Diamond through Underworld Breach. Its velocity, tutor density, and protective resilience make it one of the fastest, most consistent combo engines in the format.
