Deck overview

Helmed by Isshin, Two Heavens as One, this Mardu aggro deck doubles all attacking triggered abilities on permanents you control. The strategy leverages explosive attack engines such as Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin, and Bone-Cairn Butcher to flood the battlefield with attacking creature tokens. Anthems and damage multipliers including Fervent Charge, Inspiring Leader, Raphael, the Nightwatcher, and Fiery Emancipation quickly scale this token swarm into lethal combat steps. In addition to combat damage, direct drain triggers like Arabella, Abandoned Doll and Aurelia, the Law Above pressure opponents across the table simultaneously. The deck supports its aggressive curve with resilient protection spells like Boros Charm and Everybody Lives!, versatile removal suites including Anguished Unmaking and Ruinous Ultimatum, and alternative doubling via Windcrag Siege, enabling consistent, high-tempo aggression.
