Deck overview

This is an Esper partner control-stax list helmed by Tymna the Weaver and Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker. The 98 plays like a draw-go midrange shell: cheap rocks and cantrips into a wall of free counters, Rule-of-Law stax, and pillowfort, while Tymna converts every connecting attacker into cards and Ishai grows into a flying commander-damage clock. The only compact win in the 99 is Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal - infinite mana with three or more mana from nonland permanents, cashed in through Blind Obedience Extort or by spinning The One Ring / Sensei's Divining Top until the rest of the deck is in hand. There is no Thoracle line and no commander combo; both partners are engines and enablers, not outlets. Recasting them is cheap once, painful twice, and Fierce Guardianship plus Deadly Rollick literally do not function until one of them is in play. The deck wins by saying no until the Scepter lands or Ishai has eaten the table.
