Deck overview

This deck is a focused Dimir Ninja tribal tempo list piloted by Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow. The primary game plan revolves around deploying cheap, evasive enablers such as Triton Shorestalker and Network Disruptor in the opening turns, then using commander ninjutsu to cheat Yuriko onto the battlefield unblocked for just {U}{B}. When Yuriko and other Ninjas deal combat damage to players, her ability reveals the top card of the library, puts it into hand, and drains each opponent for life equal to its mana value. The deck converts high-cost cards like Clone Legion and Dig Through Time into massive life-loss bursts while keeping cards flowing. Because it runs no fast mana rocks, counterspells, or instant-win combos, it plays at an interactive tempo speed, controlling the board with combat-based removal before closing the game around Turn 7.
