Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Dimir Ninja tempo and burn build piloted by Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow. The primary game plan revolves around deploying evasive, unblockable one-drop creatures on turn 1, then activating commander ninjutsu on turn 2 to cheat Yuriko onto the battlefield tapped and attacking, bypassing commander tax entirely. Yuriko's triggered ability turns combat connections into both card advantage and symmetric table-wide burn by revealing the top card of the library. The deck leverages extreme mana value outliers—such as Draco, Shadow of Mortality, and Temporal Trespass—alongside topdeck manipulation tools like Brainstorm, Sensei's Divining Top, Scroll Rack, and top-of-library tutors to repeatedly blast all three opponents for 11 to 16 life at a time. Backed by cheap disruption and extra-turn spells, the deck rapidly lowers table life totals and closes games by turn 5, presenting high early-game pressure that forces opponents to find sweepers or targeted removal immediately.
