Commander: Smaug the Impenetrable

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This BR Smaug deck is a treasure-token storm build wrapped around Smaug the Impenetrable. The commander acts as an indestructible lightning rod: every burn spell aimed at him creates a pile of Treasures, which in turn feed artifact-trigger pingers and drain effects that melt all opponents at once. Supporting Smaug variants add extra treasure; tutors and recursion keep the engine consistent. The deck is midrange-combo, not aggro; it spends the early game ramping, then uses a critical turn to fire multiple cheap spells at Smaug, triggering Reckless Fireweaver-like effects for lethal. Finishers include Exsanguinate and Aggravated Assault, but the realistic goldfish is the simultaneous pinger drain.
