Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Grixis Demon tribal and reanimator strategy helmed by Be'lakor, the Dark Master. The primary game plan accelerates early mana through cost reducers like Urza's Incubator and Heartless Summoning to deploy Be'lakor by Turn 5. Once on the battlefield, Be'lakor refuels your hand while turning every subsequent Demon drop into direct targetable burn equal to its power. The deck multiplies this damage output using life-loss doublers like Bloodletter of Aclazotz and Archfiend of Despair, or triggering explosive bursts through mass reanimation spells like Living Death and Patriarch's Bidding. When Demons enter simultaneously, Be'lakor triggers multiple times to eliminate opposing boards and melt life totals without relying on combat connections. Inherent free protection such as Deflecting Swat and Fierce Guardianship defends key turns, while secondary engines like Sneak Attack and Ardyn, the Usurper maintain lethal pressure if the commander is removed.
