THOR ODINSON by user8948591

Format: Commander

Commander: Thor Odinson

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Thor Odinson is a 5-mana equipment/voltron commander whose flying, vigilance, and double prowess turn every noncreature spell into +2/+2. Primary plan: equip Thor with Mjolnir, Hammer of Thor and/or Hammer of Nazahn, then close with 21 commander damage. Secondary lines: Captain America, Liberator as a de facto equipment tutor and token engine, plus a Hero tribal beatdown plan with Avengers Assemble! and a noncombat finisher via Origin of Thor/Thor, God of Thunder. In the 99, Monica Rambeau // Photon, Living Light is used mainly on her back face: Photon's hexproof and 'prowess for the whole team' rewards the same noncreature-spell shell, while her front is another flying prowess body.
