Deck overview

Balin, Loremaster is a mono-red Dwarf-value deck built around turning forced discards into card advantage and direct damage. The primary plan is to assemble storied with three artifacts, legendaries, and/or Sagas, cast Balin to dump a large hand and draw again, then keep playing cheap Dwarves to repeat Balin's trigger. Magmakin Artillerist, Monument to Endurance, and Cool but Rude convert each discard into additional burn, while Magda and Dwarven Recruiter find key pieces. Treasure ramp and damage multipliers such as Fiery Emancipation give a combat/burn finish. There is no infinite combo; the deck wins by chaining Dwarf enter-the-battlefield triggers over one or two explosive turns.
