Deck overview

This Azorius list plays a draw-matters control game under King T'Challa // Black Panther, Hope Enduring. The front side turns every player's second card draw each turn into a draw for you, while the back side flips into Black Panther, Hope Enduring, a damage-proof double-striker that draws cards on combat damage. The deck churns with cheap cantrips, Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, Academy Loremaster, and Windfall, then closes through a deterministic Wizard Class + Pensive Professor draw loop into Thassa's Oracle. Combat with Black Panther, often wearing Combat Research or Flight, is the fallback clock. A dense counterspell suite, three free counterspells, and Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir protect the critical combo turn. The commander is an advantage engine rather than a combo piece, and the list is happy to play draw-go until it can run the table over.
