This is a Dimir Zombie tribal deck that blends mill, reanimation, and infinite combo lines under the resilient value engine of The Scarab God. The commander provides a steady scry/life-drain clock and a repeatable ability to exile creature cards from graveyards into 4/4 Zombie tokens, but the deck's real power lives in the 99.
