Deck overview

This mono-red Dragon stompy deck leverages explosive fast mana artifacts to deploy Terror of the Peaks ahead of curve. Once the commander is established, subsequent Dragon spells trigger massive bursts of direct damage to control opposing creatures and burn down life totals. Redundant burn engines such as Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, and Purphoros, God of the Forge ensure consistent damage output even if the commander is removed. In addition to overwhelming aerial combat damage and burn, the deck houses an infinite combo between Ganax, Astral Hunter and Draconic Visitor, which generates unbounded Dragon tokens and lethal ETB damage triggers. While the deck boasts format-ceiling mana velocity, its primary weaknesses lie in limited card draw velocity, low stack interaction, and reliance on creature permanents vulnerable to board wipes.
