Deck overview

This deck is a Bant Midrange strategy commanded by Mr. Foxglove that focuses on cheating massive creatures into play and refilling hand resources through combat triggers. Early turns focus on establishing mana through land ramp and mana rocks. By Turn 4, the deck deploys Mr. Foxglove, attacking on Turn 5 to either draw multiple cards or drop high-impact beaters like Zetalpa, Primal Dawn, Absolute Virtue, or Kalonian Hydra directly onto the battlefield. Backed by solid countermagic, flexible removal, and defensive attack taxes like Windborn Muse, the deck steadily scales its combat presence to eliminate opponents over consecutive turns.
