Deck overview

Chiss-Goria, Forge Tyrant is a mono-red artifact-affinity commander built around accelerating artifact count, casting the dragon for a discount, and using its haste/attack trigger to chain even more artifacts onto the battlefield. The primary plan is commander damage: stack double strike/trample effects on Chiss-Goria and swing for 21 over two attacks. Secondary plans deploy large artifact threats like Myr Battlesphere, Triplicate Titan, or Karn, Legacy Reforged and use recursion/tutors (Kuldotha Forgemaster, Goblin Welder, Trash for Treasure) to grind through disruption. There is no hidden commander; the deck is sharply focused on Chiss-Goria's attack trigger and affinity engines.
