Deck overview

Jhoira of the Ghitu is a suspend-first cheat deck. It exiles eight-plus-mana Eldrazi and spells from hand with four time counters, accelerates them with Timebug, Timecrafting, Clockspinning, and other counter manipulation, then casts them free; suspended creatures arrive with haste and attack immediately. The Tenth Doctor acts as a hidden commander and provides a second suspend engine from the top of the library, while ramp artifacts, As Foretold, and One with the Multiverse create a hard-cast fallback. The deck closes with multi-threat haste swings, often from Pathrazer, Desolation Twin, and Kozilek, and has a Rift Elemental/Rousing Refrain recursion loop as an alternate one-turn kill.
