This deck pilots Dr. Eggman as a midrange value engine that weaponizes the "villainous choice" mechanic to pressure opponents' hands while cheating out oversized artifact threats. The primary game plan is to establish a discard-punishment suite (Waste Not, Geth's Grimoire, Liliana's Caress, Megrim) that converts every forced discard into mana, tokens, card advantage, or direct damage, then deploy high-impact Constructs, Robots, and Vehicles-such as Cityscape Leveler, Metalwork Colossus, and Skysovereign, Consul Flagship-either by hard-casting them with the recurring mana from Waste Not or by putting them directly onto the battlefield via the commander's end-step trigger.
