Commander: Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Temur "Hulk Smash" deck built around flipping Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk into the 8/8 The Incredible Hulk and abusing his Enrage trigger. The primary plan is to attack with Hulk, use damage from Caltrops or the deck's pingers to trigger Enrage, untap him, and stack additional combat phases until the table is dead. Because Hulk grows from every ping, the combat chain accelerates quickly, and Pain for All turns each ping into table-wide damage. Backup plans include large hasty threats like Raph & Mikey, Troublemakers and Leatherhead, Iron Gator, double strike from Raphael, the Nightwatcher or Berserkers' Onslaught, and a surprise infect kill with Triumph of the Hordes.
