Deck overview

This is a Gruul forced-block aggro/combat deck built around General Marhault Elsdragon: it forces opponents to block with Lure, Nemesis Mask, Alluring Scent, or Roar of Challenge, then turns each blocker into a +3/+3 buff for the blocked attacker. Anzrag, the Quake-Mole is the hidden commander: when it is blocked, it untaps your team and adds a combat phase, so once a must-block effect is attached you can chain combats while Marhault's trigger keeps raising power. Secondary plans include Bello, Bard of the Brambles animating large artifacts/enchantments as hasty 4/4s, and a big-mana/trample package (Ghalta, Savage Ventmaw, Selvala, Kessig Wolf Run). Berserkers' Onslaught and Kessig make one pumped attacker lethal.
