Deck overview

This deck is a classic Jund Dragon tribal battlecruiser strategy piloted by Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund. The deck's primary game plan revolves around accelerating mana in the early turns through land-searching sorceries, mana rocks, and tribal cost reducers. Starting on Turn 4 and Turn 5, it deploys massive flying Dragon threats such as Lathliss, Dragon Queen, Utvara Hellkite, and Atarka, World Render. On Turn 6, casting Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund grants haste to all Dragons, transforming the board into an immediate high-damage aerial assault. Damage doublers, token generators, and combat multipliers enable the deck to eliminate all three opponents across subsequent combat turns by Turn 8. While the deck boasts immense combat pressure and strong threat redundancy, its primary vulnerabilities lie in a low density of reactive interaction, lack of card draw engines to refill empty hands, and high exposure to mass board wipes.
