Commander: Vial Smasher the Fierce and Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a chaotic, noncreature-spell-centric Grixis deck built around the partner pair Vial Smasher the Fierce and Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist. The primary plan is to deploy a critical mass of "whenever you cast a noncreature spell" pingers (Firebrand Archer, Kessig Flamebreather, Black Waltz No. 3, Fiery Inscription) while using Vial Smasher's random damage and Ludevic's group-draw to keep the table busy. Wins are achieved through incremental attrition - chunking down three opponents with repeated spell-triggered damage, board-control punishers like Painful Quandary and Kaervek the Merciless, and occasional extra turns from Plea for Power. The deck lacks compact combos and relies on a grind-out, vote-themed chaos engine.
