Deck overview

The deck is a Golgari life-gain tribal pile built around Blech, Loafing Pest: every life-gain event becomes +1/+1 counters on Pests, Bats, Insects, Snakes, and Spiders. The primary plan is to establish an early life-gain engine, flood the board with small tribal creatures and Food tokens, then convert repeated life-gain triggers into an enormous attacking board. Secondary paths include Dina, Soul Steeper and Starscape Cleric draining each opponent alongside that life gain, plus a small infect/poison subtheme via Plague Stinger and Blightwidow. There is no double-faced commander; Dina is the strongest supporting legend in the 99, not a true hidden commander. The deck has flexible removal and combat protection, but its mana base and lack of tutors make its best lines reliant on a few enablers.
