Deck overview

This Bant deck is a high-power creature storm and combo engine commanded by Chulane, Teller of Tales. The primary strategy leverages dense 1-CMC mana dorks to deploy Chulane on Turn 3. On Turn 4, the deck initiates a loop using self-bouncing creatures like Shrieking Drake, Whitemane Lion, or Kor Skyfisher in tandem with landfall mana producers such as Lotus Cobra and Tireless Provisioner, or via Aluren. Chulane converts every creature cast into card draw and additional land drops, rapidly drawing the entire library and accumulating lethal storm count or mana. The combo finishes on the same turn using Thassa's Oracle, Laboratory Maniac, Aetherflux Reservoir, or Finale of Devastation. Proactive hatebears like Grand Abolisher, Drannith Magistrate, and Collector Ouphe secure the win turn from interaction while slowing down opponents.
