Deck overview

This is a Simic "X-spell / +1/+1 counters" value deck helmed by Zimone, Infinite Analyst. Zimone discounts the first spell containing {X} each turn by the number of counters on her, then grows by two counters every time you cast an {X} spell. The plan is to ramp early, land Zimone on turn 3, and chain huge {X} spells - Hydroid Krasis, Goldvein Hydra, Primordial Hydra, and Primo, the Unbounded - while permanent multipliers like Unbound Flourishing, Hardened Scales, Kami of Whispered Hopes, and Ozolith, the Shattered Spire compound the counters. The deck wins through combat: enormous trampling or flying hydras, Fractal tokens generated by Lattice Library and Oversimplify, and explosive Doppelgang turns. It has no infinite combos, relying instead on mana efficiency, counter multiplication, and board presence to overwhelm the table.
