Deck overview

This deck is a specialized Golgari aristocrats and multi-type sacrifice engine commanded by Baba Lysaga, Night Witch. The strategy focuses on deploying permanents that possess multiple card types—such as artifact lands, artifact creatures, enchantment creatures, and land creatures—to feed Baba Lysaga's activated ability. Each activation drains 3 life from every opponent, gains 3 life, and draws three cards, generating overwhelming card advantage starting on Turn 4. The deck translates this surplus of cards into decisive board states using powerful payoffs like Titania, Protector of Argoth, Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest, and Marionette Master, alongside creature suppression from Grave Pact. While the deck includes an infinite life-drain combo in Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond, it primarily closes games through compounded aristocrat drain and wide creature combat around Turn 8. High-utility interaction such as Assassin's Trophy and Toxic Deluge manages opposing threats, while efficient protection spells like Heroic Intervention shield the engine.
