Deck overview

Dain of the Ancient Halls commands an aggressive Boros Dwarf tribal deck that converts a wide board into direct, noncombat damage against all opponents. The primary strategy focuses on deploying low-cost Dwarf creatures and legendary permanents to trigger the Storied mechanic and flood the battlefield. Once your dwarf army is assembled, casting Dain allows him to attack immediately with haste, dealing burn damage equal to your Dwarf count to every opponent. High-impact damage multipliers like Fiery Emancipation and Shared Animosity accelerate this clock into lethal territory, while legendary dragons like Cavern-Hoard Dragon and Desert Were-Worm provide secondary combat pressure and extra phases to close out the game.
