Deck overview

Nekusar, the Mindrazer is the deck's engine and primary win condition: deploy him early, stack draw triggers such as Howling Mine and Scrawling Crawler, then chain wheel effects so every card opponents draw becomes damage. The main finishing line uses Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might or Wound Reflection to amplify that damage, making two wheels in one turn lethal. Secondary paths are slower combat and direct-damage routes through Sauron, Black Waltz No. 3, and Xantcha, Sleeper Agent. There is no double-faced commander or hidden commander in this deck; the DFCs in the 99 are supporting tools. Nekusar's role is to be the draw engine and the damage source at the same time.
