Zada Shenanigans by user1247902

Format: Commander

Commander: Zada, Hedron Grinder

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Zada, Hedron Grinder is the sole engine of a mono-red go-wide combo deck. The plan is to develop a wide board of small creatures, cast Zada on turn four or five, then aim a chain of one-mana pump cantrips (Expedite, Crash Through, Titan's Strength) at her. Each copy draws a card and buffs a creature, so spells become mass card draw and the deck quickly finds Battle Hymn, Empty the Warrens, and double-strike effects. Secondary paths are goblin-tribal sacrifice with Skirk Prospector and Pashalik Mons, plus Past in Flames recursion. There is no double-faced or hidden commander; the deck is entirely built around Zada and loses most of its velocity if she cannot stay on board.
