Deck overview

Atraxa, Praetors' Voice anchors a broad proliferate shell. The deck develops with fetch lands, mana creatures, Sol Ring, and signets, then uses Atraxa, Praetors' Voice to grow loyalty, charge counters, and +1/+1 counters at the end of each turn. Brokers Ascendancy, Evolution Sage, Flux Channeler, Inexorable Tide, and combat proliferate creatures add further growth. Planeswalkers such as Vraska, Betrayal's Sting, Teferi, Master of Time, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon are the main payoffs. The deck has strong removal and several protective effects, but the curve is high and the mana is not consistently fast enough for competitive play. Its pressure is incremental: it can dominate a long game through recurring loyalty and card advantage, but it lacks a compact table kill or total lock. All Will Be One is a useful damage payoff, not a dependable combo finish.
