This Izzet deck is an explosive spellslinger combo engine led by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi serves as both a mana accelerator and a direct damage win condition. Every noncreature spell cast places a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to each opponent, while Vivi can tap for mana equal to its power.
