Deck overview

This Grixis Ring-tempt deck is built around Sauron, the Dark Lord's discard-and-draw-four engine. The primary plan is to ramp into Sauron, use cheap ring-tempt cards to fuel his hand refill, and convert every instant or sorcery into a 3/3 Wraith with Lord of the Nazgul. The secondary plan is graveyard recursion: Reanimate, Living Death, and Rise of the Dark Realms bring back sacrificed pieces or a massive stolen board. There is no hidden commander; Sauron, the Dark Lord is the engine, and the deck is built to use his ring-tempt draw-four to hit a lethal 9/9 Wraith alpha strike.
