Deck overview

This Jeskai deck pairs Kratos, Stoic Father and Atreus, Impulsive Son to execute an aggressive, counter-driven midrange game plan. Kratos generates experience counters whenever Gods attack or die, converting them into end-step +1/+1 counters to grow the board. Atreus weaponizes these counters by tapping to draw cards and deal direct burn to each opponent. The 99 is densely packed with Theros and Amonkhet Gods, changelings, and proliferate engines that rapidly scale player experience counters. Once a critical mass of counters is reached, the deck transitions into a lethal win state using damage multipliers like All Will Be One, token swarms from Otharri, Suns' Glory and The Locust God, or unblockable alpha strikes via Herald of Secret Streams. Robust free interaction and asymmetric sweepers provide defensive resilience and tempo control.
