Deck overview

This deck is a Simic manifest dread stompy strategy commanded by Zimone, Mystery Unraveler. The core game plan focuses on deploying early land ramp to cast Zimone ahead of curve on Turn 3 or 4. Once Zimone is active, your first land drop each turn manifests dread, placing a card face down as a 2/2 creature. Subsequent land drops on the same turn trigger Zimone's second ability, turning face-down permanents face up for free regardless of printed mana cost. This bypasses the steep mana requirements of game-ending beaters like Worldspine Wurm, Gigantosaurus, and Ghalta the Unstoppable. The deck compounds value using engines such as Secret Plans, Threats Around Every Corner, and They Came from the Pipes. While the deck generates massive board presence and high card throughput, it relies on combat damage over several turns and carries limited reactive interaction.
