Deck overview

Black Panther is a +1/+1-counter and animated-land midrange deck. The primary plan is to use Survey the Realm so that every creature entering the battlefield deposits counters on a land, then animate that pressure with either Toph's earthbend, Sylvan Awakening, or other land-animation effects. Black Panther's Mine Vibranium ability converts stored land counters into card draw and life, and Toph, the Blind Bandit is the hidden commander that directly converts those counters into hasty power. The faster secondary path is the Cothars Crusade board Maker: with Scurry or Broodscale, it creates a large number of tokens and closes the game. The plan is resilient, but spends a turn after the loop before it actually attacks.
