Celestial Attrition Deck by user9927811

Format: Commander

Commander: Celestial Kirin

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-white Spirit/Arcane tribal control deck built entirely around Celestial Kirin's unique trigger: every Spirit or Arcane spell you cast destroys all permanents with that spell's mana value. The commander turns the entire tribal package into a repeatable, selective, one-sided board wipe engine. The deck pairs this with a dense stax package - Eidolon of Rhetoric, Static Orb, Drannith Magistrate, Strict Proctor - and a deep bench of one-shot wipes to lock the table out of the game. The primary win condition is an overwhelming token army generated by Oyobi, Who Split the Heavens and Ghostly Dancers, amplified by Exalted Sunborn and Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation, with Elspeth, Sun's Champion's emblem as a backup. This is a slow, grindy attrition deck that wins through inevitability rather than speed.
