Deck overview

This deck is built entirely around casting the sorcery back face of the commander, Awaken the Blood Avatar. The gameplan floods the battlefield early with low-cost creature tokens from spells like Dragon Fodder and Lingering Souls, using them as sacrifice fodder to reduce the sorcery cost down to just two mana. By chaining copy spells such as Reverberate, Twinferno, and Fury Storm onto Awaken the Blood Avatar, the deck produces multiple hasty 3/6 Avatar tokens in a single turn while edicting opposing boards. Repeated combat swings, collective attack triggers dealing direct damage to all opponents, and aristocrat drain effects swiftly close out the game.
