Turt Burglar by user5826897

Format: Commander

Commander: Kamiz, Obscura Oculus

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kamiz, Obscura Oculus is a combat-focused commander who turns one attacker into an unblockable conniver and gives a second attacker double strike. The deck leans on Esper's best evasive rogues, repeated combat-damage draw, and a dense recursion package to grind opponents down from 40 life. The double-faced cards (Bilbo, Luckwearer // Burglar's Plot and Sygg, Wanderwine Wisdom // Wanderbrine Shield) are support pieces, not hidden commanders; the deck is built around Kamiz's attack trigger. The primary plan is chip damage into a Notorious Throng extra turn or a Tivit/Grave Titan/Sun Titan beatdown finish. Secondary paths use Knowledge Exploitation and Arcane Heist to borrow opponents' spells and Cipher cards to recast value spells.
