Vivi Ramp by Xenk

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a high-variance Izzet spellslinger build that treats every noncreature spell as a resource. Vivi Ornitier is a once-per-turn mana battery that scales with her own power and deals an extra point to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, while the 99 is loaded with redundant pinger engines-Guttersnipe, Kessig Flamebreather, Electrostatic Field, Firebrand Archer-and cost reducers like Goblin Electromancer, Stormcatch Mentor, and Longshot, Rebel Bowman. The early game is spent cantripping, growing Vivi, and buying time, before pivoting into a critical-mass turn fueled by High Tide, Storm-Kiln Artist, and big draw spells like Finale of Revelation or Epic Experiment. The cleanest deterministic finish is the Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Niv-Mizzet, Visionary draw/damage machine-gun. It is a glassy, combo-value hybrid that can explode quickly but lacks turbo-level speed.
