Deck overview

This is a mono-blue token-generation and clone deck built around Council of Reeds. The commander's static ability ignores the legend rule for your creatures, and its combat trigger turns every noncreature spell cast before combat into a fresh Council token. Because each token copy also carries the combat trigger, the Council count compounds every turn. Copy multipliers like Gogo, Master of Mimicry, Echo, Perceptive Prodigy, Rite of Replication, and Extravagant Replication accelerate the army, while Mister Fantastic, Reed Richards, Enduring Curiosity, and Bident of Thassa convert token creation and combat damage into cards. The primary win is overwhelming combat damage from an ever-growing swarm of 2/2s, made evasive by Archetype of Imagination and pumped by Mirror Box and Heroes' Podium. A secondary path is cloning the table's best creatures and using flexible interaction like Sublime Epiphany and Narset's Reversal to out-value opposing game plans.
