Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Rakdos combo strategy led by Anje Falkenrath. It utilizes a dense suite of 29 madness cards to turn Anje into a rapid card-filtering engine, cycling through the deck at zero additional mana cost. The primary objective is to bin Worldgorger Dragon and reanimate it with Animate Dead or Necromancy. This interaction generates infinite mana and infinite untaps, allowing Anje to draw the library and close the game immediately with lethal direct damage from spells like Avacyn's Judgment or drain triggers from Gray Merchant of Asphodel. In games where the combo is delayed, the deck transitions into a midrange attrition strategy, deploying token swarms via From Under the Floorboards and sweeping opposing creatures with Archfiend of Ifnir. The deck operates smoothly on curve, but requires careful navigation around instant-speed removal to avoid catastrophic blowouts during combo execution.
