Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Built around Nekusar, the Mindrazer, this deck converts forced card draw into life loss with a stack of draw-punishing enchantments and repeated mass-wheels. The primary plan is to cast Nekusar, protect him with Lightning Greaves/Whispersilk Cloak, then resolve Wheel of Fortune-type effects alongside Underworld Dreams, Spiteful Visions, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Liliana's Caress, or Phyrexian Tyranny; each wheel becomes 20-40 damage per opponent. Secondary paths use Teferi's Puzzle Box as a recurring draw engine and The Lord Master of Hell as a graveyard-based surprise finisher. Kefka, Court Mage is a supporting value piece, not a hidden commander. The deck loses its focus if Nekusar is repeatedly removed.
