Deck overview

This is an Izzet storm/spellslinger deck helmed by Prismari, the Inspiration, whose static ability grants storm to every instant and sorcery the deck casts. The game plan is to accelerate with cost reducers (Goblin Electromancer, Stormcatch Mentor, Thunderclap Drake) and rituals (Pyretic Ritual, Seething Song, Mana Geyser), deploy burn payoffs like Guttersnipe and Fiery Inscription, then resolve Prismari and chain instants/sorceries to build an overwhelming storm count. The primary kill is Crackle with Power or Boltwave multiplied by storm copies, backed by an infinite-mana line using Reiterate + Seething Song and the card-draw pings of Niv-Mizzet, Parun. The deck is a glass-cannon combo build that aims to win in one explosive turn once Prismari resolves.
