Deck overview

This deck is a Jund Aristocrats strategy built around -1/-1 counter synergies, persistent card flow, and infinite sacrifice loops. Commanded by Auntie Ool, Cursewretch, the deck turns blight abilities and counter placement into steady card advantage while chipping away at opposing life totals. It establishes early mana acceleration through low-cost dorks and land ramp, deploying Auntie Ool or Yawgmoth, Thran Physician by Turn 4 to convert board interactions into fresh resources. While the deck can control opposing creature boards with Kulrath Knight, Maha, Its Feathers Night, and Blowfly Infestation, its ultimate victory stems from assembling persist loops. Pairing Murderous Redcap with a counter-cancelling effect like Grumgully, the Generous or Rhythm of the Wild and a free sacrifice outlet like Phyrexian Altar produces an immediate infinite damage finish on Turn 6. Supported by efficient tutors and commander-free backup lines, it offers resilient mid-game play with high combo inevitability.
