Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive mono-green storm and +1/+1 counters strategy led by Aeve, Progenitor Ooze. The primary game plan focuses on rapid early mana acceleration using efficient 1-mana and 2-mana ramp pieces like Wild Growth, Elvish Mystic, and Nature's Lore. By Turn 5, the deck establishes powerful draw engines like Beast Whisperer or explosive mana amplifiers like Defiler of Vigor and Karametra's Acolyte. On Turn 6, the deck chains together low-cost spells, cantrips, and untap effects before casting Aeve with a high storm count. Each resolving Aeve token enters with increasing numbers of +1/+1 counters, creating an overwhelming battlefield of massive Oozes. On Turn 7, the deck closes the game with trample enablers such as Overwhelming Stampede or Temperamental Oozewagg to deal lethal damage across the table. While highly explosive, the deck lacks stack interaction, tutors, and instant-speed protection, making it vulnerable to board wipes before combat.
