Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Landfall Storm engine commanded by Flubs, the Fool. The strategy focuses on dumping your hand quickly to turn Flubs, the Fool into an uninterrupted draw engine for every land played and spell cast. Accelerated by early ramp such as Birds of Paradise, Exploration, and Sol Ring, the deck rapidly establishes mana engines using Lotus Cobra and Tireless Provisioner. Once assembled on Turn 4, engines like Song of Creation, Eruth, Tormented Prophet, and Containment Construct allow you to chain through large sections of your library in a single turn. The deck finishes games by generating lethal swarms with Scute Swarm or Avenger of Zendikar, burning the table with Agate Instigator and Glint-Horn Buccaneer, or casting a game-ending Finale of Devastation. Protective pieces like Sylvan Safekeeper and Hexing Squelcher safeguard critical turns against opposing disruption.
